Courtney L. Quist has focused her practice on family law throughout her legal career, working with clients across West Michigan through divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment proceedings.
She brings particular depth to collaborative divorce and mediation, areas in which she has developed significant training and practical experience. Courtney believes that the right resolution process depends on the specific circumstances of each family — and that careful preparation is essential to any strategy, whether the matter is resolved by agreement or by court order.
Courtney is a founding partner of Quist Homier Law and works from the firm's office in Ada, Michigan, serving clients throughout Kent County, Ottawa County, and the broader West Michigan region.
